Vicky was great to work with. We had a VA loan and she knew just what the VA would accept. She would help us on what to look for and not look for and helped us find a beautiful home! 5 stars for sure.
It was an up and down experience. Brian's professionalism was good at times but not in others. He showed up to my home inspection and asked me, "Have you decided to f*** it yet?" Another time I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks and he explained that he "lost his phone". Ultimately he convinced me to buy a home with a non-functional furnace and purchase a home warranty. In the end I was the one paying $3,500 for a new furnace and he was no where to be found after the warranty company denied the claim.
As first time home buyers, this process could not have gone any better. Brian was always there, every step of the way to answer all of our crazy questions with a fast and professional response. I never thought buying a house could be so easy, they take out all of the hard work and really genuinely care about their clients. I will forever give out their names to prospective buyers! Thanks again!!!
My wife and I worked with Vicky and she was awesome!!! Not only did she help us find our home but she got us in touch with the right people to finance the house.
