Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff! I had cataract surgery here and was treated with compassion from the check-in to the walk-out. I'm thrilled with my new eyes, too.

Did wonderful on the surgery, but the billing department is running a scam! They were paid by my insurance, THEN charged me for the total cost!!! Watch these people closely if they have your insurance info.

i was recently referred for a cataract surgery so that i could see clearly again. Beckley surgical Center wasa where it was going to be performed at. I was norified the day before the surgery thatmy up front cost would be around $700. I have ibsurance but unfortunately my deductible rolled back . I am part of the working poor. i asked if they could take ten percent and let me make payments. I was told no flat out. I was with my mom who had an appointment with Dr. Sinclair. Both receptionists (blonde with bangs) were disgustingly rude to me and my mom. They disrespected my mom several times and made snide comments to both me and her. Additionally, one of the receptions was talking (yelling) so loudly and going over confidential patient information that the entire waiting room could hear. The doctor may be great but the rude receptionists are enough for me to recommend to anybody to not go here.
