Called to check on getting COVID-19 booster and was told to call back in 3 days. Called back in 3 days and whoever answered mistakenly thought she put me on hold while she checked with someone else. Based on the conversation I overheard, whoever is in charge of that office has a hell of a lot of room for improvement. Seemed to be total contempt for the people they are supposed to serve.
Very rude and lazy and slow will not be wasting my time there ever again!!!!
took for ever to get checked in clinic was empty and couldnt get waited on when we did get waited on the staff was extremly rude
