I doubt if I got the service my young male cat needed.He was sick and very dehydrated.He stayed overnight and by the next morning he died.The original vet that had seen Billy was not there the morning I called to ask how he was doing.This is kind of dismissive attitude about it like he did'nt really make the effort to try to know more,(the vet) after telling me over the phone Billy passed a few minutes ago.Near $400 to get him back in a box.It is my opinion this clinic is run like a second rate Raleigh General hospital,like ... read more

I had an appt. at 1:00 in the hot summer heat. Due to covid you had to sit in the hot sun until they called you. I checked in and waited for a hour and a half. Finally went in to see what was the problem and the receptionist had never checked us in. I left called the office to speak to manager and all she did was makes excuses. Telling me that the receptionist was new, etc. Never apologized only excuses. Needless to say, they will never get my business again.

My beloved Poodle was hit by a car! Dr.Rogers was on call. He saved my baby's life via help from GOD!!!!! A LOT OF PRAYERS WENT UP !!!!!!! Dr. Gunter then was the FANTASTIC doctor I have seen since. Words cannot express my gratitude!!!! Dr.Peery was also consulted. He has many years of experience. All the staff was VERY helpful and professional. May God bless you all. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Took my parents dying dog for an emergency visit. Jeremy Rodger’s seen her. I am very disappointed in how he acted. The man has no compassion for animals and was only worried about himself. Seeing the shape the dog was in he deemed it necessary to advise us that “we need to get the show of the road because he had to be awake at 6 am”. Very poor service would not recommend anyone going here if you are looking for a compassionate Vet for your furry friends.

If you go, ask for Dr. Jeremy Rogers because he is the best doctor there. Very nice and compassionate, works tirelessly to help your loved ones

I took my dog to the Beckley Clinic at first. The doctor gave him medicine. Didn't see anything wrong with extras. Medicine hurt him. He was never the same again. Took him back. He had a mass in his stomach. Had the extras sent to VTech. Called about the results. Called a few days later... they said they weren't there. I called back again and again. I have a dog that I took up there. Like another person that reviewed her said she was negative for parvo. I then had to pay 75 bucks and then that night she got worse. I took her back the following day. They again said negative to parvo so same fee as lat time. That night I thought for sure she wouldn't make it. I really have mixed feelings about this practice. My 5 month old Lab was very sick recently and I took her there. She tested negative for parvo so they gave her a shot, some fluids, I plopped down $125 and took her home. That night she got progressively worse to the point I wondered if she would make it.
