Can’t get straight answers out of anyone or get helped in a timely manner. I have accounts that they are taking over 7 minutes to start working an alarm, dealer support is non existent, just a hold music transfer circle. Got stuck with them when they bought All American Monitoring in Sarasota unfortunately. Everything went downhill after that
They set up a phone interview with me, then didn't call. Then scheduled another one, and didn't call again. What a joke of a company. Don't bother applying.
