Toooooooooo expensive for the vehicles!!! Update:2025 so I put in an online application and never heard anything from anybody in 3 days. I decided to call and inquire about my application, a salesman took my information and said he would call me back in 5 minutes..this has been the longest 5 minutes EVER!!! SO, I decided to put in another application this time with a trade in....I'm still waiting on a call, response, yes, no, maybe, options, ANYTHING!!!!
Lady called us wanting an invoice for a job and was extremely rude and being very passive aggressive. Wish i remembered her name! Won’t recommend them anymore what so ever and we are a huge dealership
We rent a home from their rental property side of things and have been living here a little over 2yrs. That’s always super nice when we reach out, it’s a beautiful home, and their maintenance staff is super prompt. We recently needed some repairs and put in a request, they came out the same day! I can’t say enough good things about everyone we’ve worked with through Beckham’s.
Customer service is lacking at this establishment. Brandie gave an extremely rude first impression.
