I PURCHASED MULTIPLE NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FROM THIS COMPANY AT ONCE IN A SINGLE DEAL, FOR MY HOME. 2 OF THE UNITS FLOODED MY ATTIC AND CAUSED MY CEILINGS TO RAIN WATER INSIDE MY HOME AND ONTO MY FURNITURE. THE A/C UNITS NEVER HAVE COOLED MY HOME DURING THE SUMMER AND, THE HEAT PUMPS DO NOT PERFORM DURING THE WINTER........................
