This is going on 3 weeks since I have had my labs done for my HRT Therapy was supposed to have a procedure done this past Friday, but they choose not to just show up to work because of the winter storm. The winter storm didn’t even actually happen till the next day was there was nothing on the ground to be closed about was not even a piece of ice on the ground and they gonna close their office. Still haven’t got no medicine medication yet.
Never gives a call back or answer the phone takes their precious time updating patients about anything it’ll take months just for someone to get a response from the doctor or nurse VERY UNPROFESSIONAL doesn’t take what you say seriously almost as if they’re just hungry for their patients money if you’re able to find another gynecologist or OBGYN anywhere else or know anyone that would take their job seriously and follow through with having the proper equipment and etc I highly recommend doing so
