Don't believe that he will follow through with any type of agreement. Multiple people have texts trying to get my money back from him and he would rather go to court. So make sure you know what type of person you are dealing with.
I hired Jay to install an interior door for me. He was there bright and early, were very respectful of others in the home, were in and out. Had the whole thing done in 2 hours. Door is perfectly square and plumb, opens and closes quietly, and looks like it came with the house originally. Would highly recommend.
