I purchased a beckett 800 July 5, impeller broke yesterday. I reached out to customer service and was informed the replacement part was only available from beckett and they are closed for covid.

I just called Beckett because I did not have a receipt. They would not help me , Very Poor customer service and this was to keep fish alive. They had no interest in helping
Our fountain pump died after 8 months and Beckett Customer Service replaced it graciously. They also gave us helpful instructions to increase the life of the new pump.
I have had 2 beckett pumps and they don't last more than 2 years
Well bought over 30 buck worth of chemicals from this company and it killed over 200 worth of fish after the product said safe for fish and plants and used less then the bottles said to so I call the the company and a very rude lady who I was telling what had happened she cut me off told me it was my fault and told me to call back with model number of my pond and to verify how much was safe to put in my pound but now me and the manager at home depot can't get a answer from this company now it's crazy ive spent a lot of money... read more
Bought a w3500 pump for an aquarium off amazon, a year later now the impeller broke in half during operation, called beckett looking to buy a new impeller, and with proof of purchase date they are sending me a brand new pump. Impressed with how they handle there warrenty

After six years of use, I damaged the large "O" ring on the top of the filter housing and was unable to get it to seal. I called Beckett for a replacement O ring. "Sorry, but that filter has been discontinued, no O ring available". So, I decided to go ahead and buy the updated filter. Works great, but called to order a couple of spare O rings. "Sorry, but your "new and improved" filter has been discontinued. No parts available". "You sold me a discontinued filter?" "That's all we have left". I'll never buy another Beckett br... read more
