Becker is an amazing realtor. He is very responsive and had my best interests at heart. He spent the time to accompany to view rentals until I found one that met my needs and was willing to negotiate with the landlord. I would recommend his services.
I’ve worked with Becker twice and he has excel at giving me the best possible options in the market for my place of living, I am extremely happy with the apartment he was able to find for me.
Becker’s greatest strength is his responsiveness; he answers emails/text messages very quickly so you are never left wondering for long. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, not pushy and great to work. I’d say most importantly however is he negotiated a great deal for us. I highly recommend working with Becker - he’s a really nice guy too!
Becker was amazing- he truly went above and beyond for my first time buying a home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Toronto real estate and very forthright with any insights he had.
