I first reached out to Becker's Glass in fall 2023 regarding repair of seven broken window cranks. They were slow to respond to inquiries (months), but finally sent someone to look at the cranks and write up a work order. They said they would provide an estimate, but didn't, despite multiple requests for one. I finally gave up on an estimate (my mistake) and had Becker's come out to at least start the work. Called 2 days ago to have some screens built. They were to call us back to schedule a day/time to come out. One year ago we had them replace some broken glass in a garage window and it was determined that it needed a new casing. When the guy arrived, he didn’t have the appropriate tools with him and he needed my husband’s coaching /assistance with the job. Plus, they double charged us (which they did fix) after bringing it to their attention. I hate to give a negative review.. but I have used Beckers Glass when they were und... read more
