They are out of business... and in retirement... but the description of the last two customers was nothing like my experience meeting Jan today. What a wonderful,warm, educated and intelligent woman I met today! Serendipity led my wife and I to meet these wonderful people. We had an experience today and made a friend that will be dear to us from now on. Pleasant, helpful, caring... willing to share... I wish I had met them sooner. I'd be a better gardener than I am now.

Absolutely worst customer experience of my entire life. A friend and I went to check it out for the first time to see what kind of plants she had. I was very impressed with with the selection of plants and very much not impressed with her customer service skills. After looking at her plant selection I just had a few questions about price because prices were not listed anywhere.
