Repaired A/C efficiently, good experience overall.
This time, unlike a previous service where they struggled to diagnose the issue, the technician efficiently dismantled the A/C system and identified a faulty evaporator coil within an hour. He was methodical in ensuring no parts were damaged during removal.
This visit was a bit more complicated, taking approximately two hours to replace a defective heat exchanger that was noticed before, but I’m hoping to have a resolution comparable to last year’s simple fix. The engineer was very thorough and discussed the problem clearly and made sure everything was working properly before he left .
I was concerned about the time it would take and the complexity of disassembling the system, but this person painstakingly pulled the units apart over several hours, explaining each step and even discovering a wiring fault that had been overlooked. I was far more informed and satisfied this time around than I was in my last contact (which was twice as long and less clear).
I was initially concerned about the same technician not being available again, but I ended up with someone just as meticulous who took about an hour to clean and inspect my furnace thoroughly. This visit seemed more comprehensive compared to last year, as they also checked the thermostat and ductwork for issues.
