Becker Windows and Doors did an amazing job with replacing our windows and front door. Alex goes above and beyond for making sure we are well taken care of. He was referred to us by our parents, who have used them twice. Really easy to work with, and the installers were phenomenal!! I wish I had more to replace. Amazing! Wish I could give 11/10 for them
UPDATE: We recently had an issue with one of our windows...a problem we inadvertently caused. I contacted Becker in the morning. By the afternoon I had heard from Alex who showed up at our house within 30 minutes and fixed the problem right away. This was after having them installed 2 years ago! Such awesome service with the best customer service skills I have seen in decades. I can't imagine why anyone would use another company for doors and windows. We had our new windows and front door installed about a year ago. Service and workmanship were excellent. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and we ended up with windows we actually hadn't considered, but couldn't be more pleased with the result. We get a maximum amount of light with easy cleaning. It added a more modern touch to our home and our neighbours were quite impressed with them. Very happy!
Called to book an appointment for window replacement, asked about black windows and he went off on me telling me I don't know what I am talking about and if I do black windows I have to change soffit, gutter and roof colour as well. Very rude, talked over me and would not take the time to answer my questions. Booked and cancelled the appointment in the same call.
