I didn’t know what to think. Hilary Becker came to do an appraisal for a home. He said that I’d get it in 2 weeks. Oh, and I was quoted $500 and then told it was actually $600. Almost SIX weeks and $500 later (b/c I’d already written the check), I finally got the appraisal I urgently needed but with the invoice addressed to someone else! FOUR weeks and $500 later (b/c I’d already written the check), I still don’t have the appraisal I urgently need. No one will answer my calls or emails, even to give me status. I’m really wondering: Was I ripped off?

Real estate agent Mary Kennedy is a true professional. She was always available to answer questions and keep us informed.
