We bought a 10 year plan for for retainer for $1000 to assure that we need to pay $25 for the copay if we need a new retainer. Recently when we need a new one, the office told us the copay is $60 with the explanation that they partnered with Invisalign so the cost were going up, they couldn't do in-house retainer any more, that why they had to increase the price.
