I have met with Dr. Becker on several occasions and each time it was most important to her to sell me other services and add unnecessary charges to my bill. Was not diagnosed properly but was recommending other things I could buy like sleep apnea equipment from them (things I was not even visiting her about). This happened every time I was there. Will not ever go back and suggest you look elsewhere.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with my kiddo when we went to see Dr. Becker. I would NOT recommend her. She spent 2 minutes with us and didn't bother to gather any significant history before she recommend removal of his tonsil. She failed communicate the indication for surgery or alternatives, risk, benefits. She looked in my son's ears and told me they "looked great." I was a fairly new patient for Dr. Becker and staff. I loved the first couple of visits, they actually did more than just allergy testing, and discovered a needed surgery. Everything was scheduled, pre op, Covid test, and surgery. Then a few days after getting a med from her office, I called the after hour number listed on the answering machine and it was for Dr Becker. Kind and caring.
I had a very negative experience with Dr Becker. For the first few visits, I was I was required to see her PA. When I finally met her for my pre-op, she was disengaged and uninterested in answering my questions. I left feeling concerned. I cancelled my surgery and scheduled a second opinion with another ENT. When I met with the other Dr. I was surprised that I didn’t have a deviated septum! Dr Becker was going to do surgery on my perfectly straight septum! She is primarilyinterested in making $
Terrible. She was only concerned about collecting money. I had no real logical reason to require surgery, but she insisted. She is the ONLY DOCTOR who suggested it.
SAVE YOUR SELF AND DONT SEE DR.BECKER! They put that my sons pre op was for yesterday so i called and got to talk to the doctor yesterday who was very rude saying it was scheduled for last monday, she told me to come in today to show her the paper work. Now she is saying she doesnt want to reschedule without giving me a reason why. And to top it off i just started a new job and i took time off to be able to be with him.
Dr. Becker was both friendly and professional. Her work was exemplary. I felt comfortable from when I walked in the door until I left. Everyone treated me like I was special. As a professional, I look at how other professionals do their jobs. She is top notch!
