He was not empathetic to my situation at all. If you have a loved one with a significant mental health disorder, and you are expecting guidance and support, do not go to him.
I saw Dr Becker because he takes insurance. However, this office charges you up front regardless of whether you have insurance or not. Office claimed I never paid for my first visit. I confirmed with my bank that I did. Only after i stated that the bank was sending me a copy of the released check, did they say that they were able to locate the payment. Furhermore, It took them over a month to process the visit with my insurance, and get back the money that I owed up front to this office.
