Terrible service…easy to see the lesser ratings compared to their competitors.

Before my review, I think the public should know that AZ law allows attorneys to pay for referrals. I am not alleging this firm compensated for the referral, but in my view, AZ law makes informal referral networks easy to form and may create incentives for questionable practices, that in my opinion can feel socially engineered. Idon't think I've left a negative review on Google but here's my first. I just called Becker & House PLLC, and only got as far as speaking to Mark House's paralegal, "Alyssa," wow she was SO RUDE!!! I disconnected the call. She was deliberately throwing words out with no further context, just legal jargon, then silence. and when i told her i didn't understand when she went very quickly from topic to topic, one sentence to the next, and said, didn't i just want a "deed" ?
