They showed no compassion or understanding during COVID-19. My daughter tried to have her fathers memorial service live streamed so she and my son, granddaughter, and only brother could attend virtually. The funeral home director (Chris)told her they were capable of doing this, she was willing to pay. The grieving wife, and I use the term loosely, said under no circumstance were they to live stream. Fabulous, Superior People who take care of business in order to help you survive such a horrible time. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I have told so many people today how they actually did make me feel better quickly. I felt as if I had people to count on and trust. They made me feel like my lost Loved One was treated like a President. I handled it poorly by myself, but they brought dignity and and respect back. Thank you to everyone at Becker Funeral Homes for their kindness and expertise when I needed it most. They honored every request I had for both of our parents. Their places are tastefully done and feel "homey". They are a business no one wants to use but are there when you do need them. Thank you again to Kelly and all the office people who were so compassionate and welcoming.
