I have had Beckenhauer Repair work on my Duramax and my Bobcat. After terrible experiences with a previous mechanic it is a huge relief to have someone who cares about your piece of equipment as much as his own. Zach will be my go to for all work going forward.
Zack and the team did an amazing job getting me right in, it was very affordable and they had great communication!
We are on our way back to Colorado in our motorhome and spent the night in Lincoln. The alternator wasn't charging the batteries so I wanted to get it looked at before continuing on. Zack checked it out and conformed that the alternator had indeed given up. Not surprising for a 24 year old alternator. Zack sourced one easily and had it installed quickly. I highly recommend Zack and Beckenhauer Repair.
Had a custom truck built from them and on that side of things they did a fantastic job, however afterwards issues started to show. At first they addressed them promptly but they did work on a PTO and the transmission oil they used causes massive damage to the transmission that took the truck out of service for over a month. Had to pay someone else $15,000 for a new transmission plus all the lost revenue that happened due to truck being down. Beckenhaur refused to help out in any way even though they caused the damage.
