Every year, every exam I get taken care of pretty well by the same people. No complaints :)
Doctor was pleasant & efficient and Lady helped me with the frame selection and made sure I got all I wanted! It’s was also a great price!

I had a good visit, until I was going to order my contacts. I was approached and asked for a payment of $99.99, mind you that I have insurance, but they stated that it was for a contact exam. I was never told this by the doctor or the associate before my exam. I think that was shady on their part. I will be fighting for my money back, due to not being told this prior to my exam.
