I went in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. My light was on showing tire pressure was low. After leaving and on the road realized they never checked my tire pressure…the light was still on. Makes me wonder if they did anything at all to my tires. How many people pull your car in work on your car and pull your car out to park it? You’re there for service. They did the work I asked them to do on my car just fine. However, they told me they were going to service my car’s “Transfer Case”. When I asked what that was they weren’t quite sure either. I looked it up myself and realized that whoever set up my service appointment either didn’t know or didn’t put in the effort to look up the required service for my cars 30k mile service.
