I gave a 1000 deposit on a vehicle and couldnt get the vehicle at the price I was suppose to base on my credit its been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive back my deposit and when I leave messages nobody is getting back to me this is absolutely unprofessional
Absolutely terrible My truck is in the repair shop since last November 29th I'm still waiting to get it fixed. They have given me every excuse from not able to get parts to people having covid to the mecanic walked off the job. Horrible service. I have leased 4 cars from this location and lately when I go to get service done I always leave frustrated and disappointed. I recently went to get an oil change and a recall done. They kept my car over night because their system was down. I specifically asked them to check my tire pressure and rotate my tires, which I paid for with the oil change, but when I get my car back after 2 days, theres a nail in the tire and all of the tires had different air pressure levels. Very unprofessional establishment!! They deserve 0 stars!! Took my car in for service January 25, 2022 and did not get it back until April 14, 2022 with water damages and cat fur due to strays getting into my car through a window which was left open and uncovered. Out of pocket for $8,951.51 for a new engine and the car is still not fully functional due to new issues that I have that were not there prior. I was quoted a price from a salesman in Aug 2021 and gave a $10k deposit to make me the car i wanted. Shortly afterwards my salesman called me and said they weren't making that model due to shortages and he could get me a different model for $51k and change to which i agreed to. In Dec i was told the car would be in on several dates which turned out to be Dec 24th Friday. I had inquired about a vehicle on their site showing a price online but the sale manager Brian L***** was quoting me a higher price. I did not catch on to the prices or the quote until the next day while I shopped around else where. The customer came in on Sunday and my Sales Manager gave her a lease quote @ $360. The customer was told that she would not have to pay the dealer add on price since it was a demo with miles, and it may not be available at this time, but we would quote it in the likelihood of its availability. The lease was configured at MSRP due to short supply of inventory. I purchased a used 2002 Chevy Trailblazer from Beck Chevrolet on February 28th 2013 with under 60,000 miles on it. I was told when it was purchased this was In great working condition. From the moment it left the lot I had nothing but issues. Thank God I purchased a warranty that had a $100 deductible for each occurrence.
