I think I ate year years ago with my mother. Food was great. Did look for grouper fingers but must be seasonal.

I work in a retail store and we embarked on a fund raiser for the medical providers at Novant. With out asking, one of the owners contacted me and asked to help in a very generous way❤️. You see, the owners here just get it. Yes they serve delicious entrees but they serve their community every day. Furthermore, this isn’t something they have just done during this crisis. They have stepped up, for decades, when other stepped out. Their commitment to our community is almost as perfect as their blue crabs❤️
We’ve been eating at Beck’s for years. We just ordered two meals which were very disappointing. The shrimp were so tiny-looked like bait shrimp. The flounder was very small (Definitely not NC size catch) and fishy tasting. We always go out of our way to order the she-crab bisque. Took one bite and threw the rest away. Loaded with flour. Absolutely incredible. Definitely my favorite place to eat in Calabash.
We walked with 11 people, and 7 of us were kids with picky appetites. Everyone found something in the menu they liked. It was served quickly and the staff is very friendly.
A locals favorite we were told at the convenience store when we stopped and got gas. We tried it and loved it. The only place we could find with all you can eat crablegs also. We ate here twice that week! Great service, very reasonable prices and so CLEAN! We will definitely go back there every time we visit the beach!
We will NEVER eat there again. We just ate there on Sun. 7/13 us all 11 of us had terrible meals. The scallops were overcooked and rubbery, shrimps tiny and tasteless. It looked like they had all been boiled and dumped in a dish. No seasoning or broiling. We got the sauteed meals. The waitress was scattered and would bring some of our meal and then wait on another table. We have eaten there in the past and thought it was good.
