The crew arrived when they said they would and got right to work. The office and crew leader communicated readily, always answered the phone, and checked with us to clarify details as they progressed. The work is as we expected and they cleaned up behind themselves before they left. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Had a new roof put on my house today. Beck Roofing and Restoration , Brandy and Erik Jones did the job!! Excellent workmanship, courteous and pleasant company. Their company went above and beyond protecting all my property and personal things such as yard ornaments and flowers. Beck Roofing & Restoration is owned by Erik & Brandy, they both went over and above to help in getting a new roof.The day the roof was being replaced Erik face timed me to show issues found after taking off the old shingles, this was so good to see what was found, ,he kept me updated throughout the day. Brandy kept me up to date with my Insurance company. The adjuster(s) with my insurance company were very difficult and did not make it easy for Brandy or me. Everyone at Beck Roofing and Restoration has been amazing. They helped us mitigate and rebuild our house after we had many pipes bust in the freeze. They worked with us through every step of the process, help us custom build cabinets to be exactly what we wanted, and guided us though the decision making process.
