I wish there were negative stars! I call Jennifer on a Thursday morning to set up an appointment for Friday to look at a new construction home. There was no answer, so I left a message to call me back. Never happened yet and its now a week later. We decided to go anyway and see if there was a model, there wasn't, but there was a sign with 2 other phone numbers of people that also were not answering. Glad I drove down from Chicago for a different reason. Found Beck Realty to be very disappointing.

My realtor has failed to complete the repairs listed on my walk-through, I have been in my house for a little of the the year. I paid for upgraded cabinets which were installed broken and have still not been fully repaired the tape on my ceiling is peeling and has not been repaired and my front door has been repainted 3 times and still looks bad. If I could give negative stars for how my realtor has treated myself and my family I would. I do not recommend this realty group.
