Awesome Doc but the condescending receptionist Sherri who interrupted me more than 7x (lost count when i lost my cool) on the phone for an appointment rescheduling and proceeding to laugh at me like i was stupid/annoying and continued to snicker and chuckle like "yeah yeah shutup dude" for explaining why i missed surgery at 6am + to apologize to Dr Beck on my behalf whom i have utmost respect for. I have had few other surgeries before. My experience with Dr Beck recently was one of the best before and after surgery. He is one of the best surgeons I have seen. He spends time, listens to you and answers questions with kindness. My operation was very successful with full recovery in a short time and had a very pleasant follow up visit with him. The office staff are very nice and helpful and the location of the office is very convenient.
In all my visits he took the time to answer all my questions. Loved that he does robotic surgeries! Short recovery, less pain. Definitely recommend Dr. Beck!
Dr. Beck is one of the best doctors/surgeons in Redding. For a person that deals with high anxiety and has a hard time seeing anyone in the medical or dental field due to my high anxiety. Dr. Beck made the whole experience of my emergency surgery experience less stressful on me. He cares allot about his patients & always makes time to answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Beck. Thanks again Dr. Beck!
