I had an easy time buying my vehicle at Beck & Masten. The staff was very professional.
I had a bad experience with the purchase, where they damaged the truck and then repaired it at their shop. The paint has runs in it, but I just wanted to put the saga behind me so I moved on with life. I brought it to their service department for the first service, but had some software/Onstar issues and error reports from Onstar (Onstar stating service within 7 days) I shared with them. The amount of violations this place does is absolutely insane. FCRA & DTPA violations this company does need to be studied. After the hours of waiting these people told me the finance manager went home! Cars posted are not in excellent condition as posted. So much happened in one day I couldn't believe it. I proved I make 2300 a month these people wanted me to take a deal that was so bad it would have destroyed my life in 2 months.
