Our Cub Cadet snow blower wasn't working, and they picked it up and fixed it SO FAST, even making a point to return it to us right away since there was a snowstorm coming. They seemed very knowledgeable and were easy to work with. After we got it back, we didn't even need the electric starter--the pull cord started it with almost no effort.
