Went to get heirloom appraisal done. The lady is very knowledgeable and honest. The jewelry was cleaned and everything was explained step by step. I am very happy with the service provided and would certainly go back. The shop has lots of hidden treasures and there's so much to see! Will have to go back and take a deeper look. Highly recommend!!
