I was fully prepared to purchase a truck from Beck Ford in the $35,000-$40,000 range, but my experience with the manager, PJ, ended that immediately. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This wasn’t a situation of “just looking” - I was a serious buyer ready to make a deal, and he managed to lose the sale purely based on how he treated me. Friendly and efficient service
Unsatisfying service! Came in for an estimate, took four hours of waiting, dealt with multiple staff only to have no work done and still pay a high fee. The Advisor and Service Manager Mr.Roser did a poorly job at informing customers of quotes requirements and waiting time. Knowing upfront at this location I wouldn't have wasted my time.
