Refreshingly good customer service. They were able to help us get what we needed for a tight turnover with no sweat. Will be going to them more often in the future.
The best customer service I ever received was at Beck Electric. I stopped by close to closing time on a Friday, yes kind of a bad move on my part but I really didn't think they would have th part I needed. Not only was I led into the warehouse they had the part I needed. Thank you!
Called Beck Electric with an urgent request for a hard to find light. They were extremely responsive and were able to find a solution to meet our needs.
I know nothing about the store or any part of the establishment, but if the way they run their business is a reflection of their technicians / delivery drivers driving their work vans I would never spend a dime there. Please tell your drivers or technicians to put down their phones and pay attention to what's around them. Tangling with an 18-wheeler is always a losing proposition.
