Hands down the best place to live in Yellowknife been here three months so far and they have treated me well. When I moved up I didn't even check this apartment in person because they go so fast I had to put down a deposit to get in. The resident manager actually help the place for me as I wasn't able to mail the deposit in time before I moved up. The suites are super clean, renovated through out and no seedy people here. Everyone's friendly and welcoming. Management emails you back right away if there's an issue.
Place is nice and maintained according to resident standards And Better management and facilities available here than other apartments
