Trying to do a rear seat delete on my gladiator and a couple of the bolts would not budge. Had never been to Beck before, but they took me in fixed the problem snd sent me on my way. Nice people, warmed my future business

OK.... I HAVE TO MAKE A SERIOUS UPDATE. I ACTUALLY LOVE THEM. It did take some effort to get their attention, but they have, will and do go above and beyond for their customers. I live in another state and they sent an extra item to my house for my vehicle. That might not sound like much, but it's the principal and attentiveness to the customer that MEANS THE WORLD.... to me at least. From this point on, they are considered family. I WOULD RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE.
