I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO REVIEW!! WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR ANY REPAIRS AT THIS DESTINATION!!!! THEY SEVERELY DAMAGED MY SON’S VECHILE, IN TRANSITION AND REFUSED TO DO FIXED OR PAY FOR IT!!! I TOOK THEM TO COURT, AND AS SOON AS THE JUDGE SAW MY PHOTOS, HE TOLD THE OWNER THAT HE WAS GUILTY OF DOING DAMAGE TO HIS VECHILE!!! MY SON WON THE CASE OBVIOUSLY, AND HE HASN’T PAID FOR THE DAMAGES, OVER A YEAR!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! THANK YOU!!!
Service Department- Justin my service advisor was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable, and courteous and had my car diagnosed and fixed quickly. Seems to be a whole new crew of people in there then there was a few months ago and what a difference it makes. Thanks so much!
I worked with Alan to lease my son a Trax. He was amazing answering every question I had about price and details on the vehicle. He definitely gets an A+ from me. Then we worked with Stephanie the finance manager and she was so great with us explaining every detail highlighting everything we needed to know and was extremely patient with me when I needed to ask questions. So thank you so much from my family to the Beck Family for a great experience.
Service was slow for n oil change on Saturday,with other work not available!!
