The service at Becks was extremely disappointing. I recently purchased a 2022 Equinox from Beck Chevrolet after exchanging it from a Trax, and it has been the most unprofessional experience ever. After the dealership added nearly $4,000 of unnecessary "Zurich" warranties to my previous loan, the staff’s attitude turned nasty the moment I asked to remove them. Buyer beware — both with this dealership and with GM customer support. I have been a GM customer for approximately 35 years. I come from a family that only bought GM vehicles, and over the last 15 years I personally purchased four GM vehicles from this dealership.
