Dr. Beck was able to see me to help with an ongoing problem and correct it. The first time was pretty much an emergency in 2004 when I fell to my knees and ended up with a herniation in L4-5. Immediate relief from pain. In 2018 I started having problems again and was able to see him for consultation. We agreed to be careful and rest to see if my body would heal itself. My neck and arm pain became unbearable. Spinal injections and painkillers were useless. After surgery I was completely painless. It has been 6 months now and I thank the Lord everyday for Dr. Beck's knowledge and skilled hands.

A severely herniated L5-S1 disc caused paralysis and atrophy in my right leg. Upon consultation, Dr. Beck added me to his already full surgery schedule for the end of the following day. Now 6+ weeks post-surgery and recovery is excellent. Function & sensation back to 100% (near as I can tell) zero back/radiant leg pain, and a good prognosis for a reasonable recovery. Dr Beck's explanation of risks & expectations were straight forward, & his procedure obviously effective. Highly recommended!

I injured my back lifting a heavy object off the floor of my car in June 1999. I was treated locally for years until my back and sciatic pain became debilitating and I lost the feeling in both feet. I was finally referred to Dr. Carter Beck, who I found to be polite, thorough and optimistic about surgical intervention. I had surgery July 12th, 2018, and have regained all the feeling in both legs and feet and feel great! I highly recommend Dr. Beck and his staff to anyone who has lost hope!

If you are looking for the absolute BEST neurosurgeon look no further. Dr. Carter Beck performed a C3-6 spinal fusion on me and took me out of my chronic pain. 3.5 yrs ago I went paralyzed from a flu shot. I regained my strength after 9 months and was told I had a peripheral neuropathy in my arms and feet; only to find out it was coming from my neck. I could have gone to the Mayo Clinic because I am in the system but chose Dr Beck because he is the most talented, gifted surgeon I know.

I came to Dr. Beck after being diagnosed with a meningioma. It was a very scary time and he and his staff were amazing, they put me and my family at ease. I had no use of the right side of my body prior to surgery and after surgery, I had use of my side again! He's a miracle worker. Highly recommend!!

I am extremely grateful that Dr. Carter Beck did my MVD for Trigeminal Neuralgia. His medical gift has given me back my Life without pain from the "suicide disease"!! Dr. Beck "listened" to me.
