Mr Beck did a great job on remodel plans for my home addition ...he did extra work on elevations and structural details for the nonstandard design.. he was very helpful to me as an owner builder, not familiar with getting the plans through to permit .. He also provided layout of foundation lines for footings during construction... very reasonably priced considering all his work on structural plans and surveying on site! Highly recommended!

Beck & Associates was hired by a third party to evaluate my home prior to its sale for a single structural issue. The inspector decided to evaluate the entire home and listed unnecessary areas of “concern” in their report. After submitting their report the firm was not responsive in clarifying the needed repairs or working with the contractor hired to perform the repair. I had an elevation certificate from Mr. Beck and he was so helpful and had a personal interest in helping me. His price was also lower than anyone else I called. Can't recommend him enough.
