We have been with Beck and Call for over 10 years. Moving to Australia now, but we recommend them warmly to any one who needs a cleaning service in London.
Thank you for the cleaning but the messages we’ve received is unnecessary, inappropriate and frankly very disappointing for a company that claims to be professional with 20 years in the industry as you continuously keep mentioning. The customer service we have received is frankly appalling and absolutely unheard of. I scheduled a cleaning service with this company weeks in advance, providing full details upfront — including videos, photos, and exact details, including square footage of the property. On the scheduled day, they arrived late without any communication, and then claimed the property was “dirtier than expected and still having a couple of boxes around” to justify a significant increase in the previously agreed price — despite having received all the necessary information well in advance and nothing having changed.
