I found this company very efficient and responsive. They sent an excellent cleaner who arrived promptly and did a very thorough job on my kitchen and bathroom. Very good to be able to book someone for a Saturday too. Very good local firm.

We have been with Beck and Call for over 10 years. Moving to Australia now, but we recommend them warmly to any one who needs a cleaning service in London.
Thank you for the cleaning but the messages we’ve received is unnecessary, inappropriate and frankly very disappointing for a company that claims to be professional with 20 years in the industry as you continuously keep mentioning. The customer service we have received is frankly appalling and absolutely unheard of.
