Dr. Beck was so attentive, a great listener, very thorough on knowing my chart, meds and asking questions. I look forward to him being my Cardiologist forever. And... he doesn't wear a white coat! For me, that was comforting!
I just had some testing done at the Chardon facility and they found out that I have some blockage in my front artery. I was in shock when I got the news and don’t remember everything the doctor said to me. I called back to see if I could talk to the doctor again. His assistant was short and bitchy with me. She told me that they would have to bill me if Dr. Beck were to call me back. Zero compassion.
