I took a ring to Bechdel Jewelers 6 months ago to have made into earrings. The first time I went to get them they were done WRONG. They promised to redo them properly. I have called many times and always get the same response "They will be ready next Thursday and we will call you." The last time I called the "jeweler" was not in and I was assured a call back the next day. Two days later, still no call.
