Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. Sample their delectable prix-fixe pasta menu and the kitchen's redefinition of Italian flavors with an impressive wine list and seasonal cocktails.

LOVE this place! The best food in town.
Great food! Great service! Will definitely be back!!!
Great experiance again at Becco. Family lunch was wonderful and price point excellent. Staff is very knowkedgeable about food food allergies and our experiance was perfect.
OMG! The food is delicious.
Wonderful specials, I had blackfish over white polenta with chanterelle mushrooms, my friend had the three pasta special and the sauce for the rigatoni was like nothing I had tasted, amazing! Also, a ricotta cheesecake that was one of the best I’ve had.
Yes it was heaving but that part of the experience, service was excellent as was the food.i can not believe people whinging because it was busy. That is why you walked in you foolish people, go to an empty restaurant next time. Highly recommended.
Cibo abbondante bell’ambiente
Phenomenal dining experience, even at the height of business. Easily accommodated our party of 10 (seated immediately sort a reservation). Service David was congenial, knowledgeable and attentive. 3-pasta plus antipasti or salad is a ridiculous deal. We couldn’t get enough of the vegetable lasagna. Galetto al Forno was succulent. Fish of the day was expertly prepared. Portions of wine and food were gracious. Chocolate mousse cake and ricotta cheesecake were decadent.
One word amazing! Best service best wine bargain in NYC
