Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. This Becco place had the worst food of my life. Yes. The worst in my life. The food was all but tasteless. It is an over hyped toilet bowl. The reviews that say it’s good must have been paid for there reviews. Stay away from this horrible place. Put your money so where better. It is really disgusting. It is a waste of time. You are better off getting street meat in nyc than this crap hole. Stay away from becco !

Delicious food, wonderful service and beyond charming. My first time to NYC and this was our first meal. A friend recommended the Hell’s Kitchen location the experience was fantastic.

Our favorite NYC restaurant. The service, food, drink, desserts and atmosphere are outstanding! Always an enjoyable experience whenever we dine at Becco. The servers are also extremely courteous, friendly and professional!!
