I haven't actually had the procedures yet, but Becca spent a lot of time explaining the correct procedures that I will need, not what I thought I might need which I'm so grateful for but even more impressive is that Uber stranded me there without a ride home and if it was not for her daughter's (forgive me, I'm terrible with names) kindness and giving me a ride home, I would be walking all the way home. Talk about going above and beyond service. They have earned my business for a lifetime. Thank you!
