A stroke left me with aphasia, apraxia and dysarthria. In 3 1/2 short weeks Dr Ferreira helped me immensely. She was very knowledgeable, patient, personable, and professional. She was just what I needed to help me. She enunciated each word so that I could copy the proper way to speak it. So very glad she was able to see (And help) Me.
Took my daughter for the summer; the teachers were great. However, administration was very disorganized in my opinion.
We’ve been with Because You Can for a little over three years, and I truly can’t say enough about the impact they’ve had on our son’s growth. Through Because You Can, we receive speech, occupational, and ABA therapy—and thanks to the amazing staff who have become like family, he’s made tremendous progress. I love BYC. Ever since I went here after leaving my last school as a 6th grader, I've been able to see how smart I actually am! I never thought I would be good at ELA or social studies, but since I came here, I know how I learn and how to study. I hope to learn more and more at the amazing BYC.
