I was looking for a plumber more local to West Brookfield to replace our electric water heater. I called BEC and within hours Chris returned my call to discuss the job. He asked for several photos so he could create the quote. I sent the pics and, as promised, he called me on Monday with the quote. It was very fair and they came on Wednesday to install the new heater. They were so efficient and timely. Great work bec plumbing thank you for the hot water
Replaced piping inside my house with ABS piping very clean work. Also, on another occasion repairs made on rental unit of many leaks in bathroom of second story getting both units back to use, A great company, definitely recommend for all your plumbing needs.
My call was returned immediately. Within a matter of a few hours, Nick was at my home to replace a kitchen faucet. Nick and Gino were very pleasant. Worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend BEC. We will definitely hire them again when we do the bathroom renovation.
