10/10 customer service. Truly the best around for communication supplies.
Have been with this business for many years and I can firmly say that they do a fantastic job. From customer service to product quality they are phenomenal. Never had an issue with any staff member and if anything I was always treated like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone
The staff at BEC have all been fantastic to work with. They are more than willing to assist you in providing solutions and repairs, in my case, with obsolete nurse call systems. I have mostly worked with Amy and Joann and can't say enough about thier customer service. Keep up the good work!
Put in a order for 2 gate openers on the 8th. Talked to a sales rep to make sure it would be delivered by the 12th they assured me that it would be delivered by then so I went with the purchase. Now on the 11th (day before its supposed to be delivered) they call me saying that price has went up and theyre gonna need 168$ more.... 3 DAYS LATER.... the day before its supposed to be here and now It cost more.... if the order was processed in the timely manner that it was supposed to be as the rep had to call and make sure it wa... read more
My condo building's security vendor was a customer of BEC Integrated Solutions and reluctantly we continued the relationship to our own detriment. Our building went through installation of three different video intercom systems (NT-IP-A9K) and each malfunctioned within a year or so. Each time a system broke down, we were blamed for faulty installation (despite using different contractors) and were also informed on every replacement that our original model was "no longer supported" though they continued to sell it.
