Not the best equipment, they Not have all the devices I am used to to detail my interior. The staff was very nice.

Paid 25$ for the best wash offered. No bug station for me to scrub bugs off my truck Of course the car wash employees didn’t scrub it. Get inside the wash the soap was barley dripping out the sprayer No wax was applied looked like the filters was clogged. Horrible wash much better options in mobile. Maybe Rich’s should focus on making washes better instead of expanding???

I paid and went through the car wash but the brushes were not working. I asked the attendant and was told the brushes were not working right now. I asked for a refund or maybe a coupon for a free or discounted carwash on another day. I was told the manager refused. I was polite but I won't be going back. I just wanted the service I had paid for. I'll wash my own car next time. Edit. The bad review was when this location was Bebos car wash. I haven't had any experience with this location since it changed

I dislike when a car wash posts numerous signs around their site stating "$5 car wash". Yes, it's only true if you buy a membership. No towels or windshield spray bottles to clean inside your vehicle (like many good car wash sites). Many vacuums were broken, still had soap suds around windows, and not impressed with the tire detailing.
