Just visited this location and usually I see someone to help me at the kiosk up front but today no one was there to help and there was also no one on the pad once I moved up. I am used to a standard with riches car washes and this has happened twice since Saturday.
I am so happy that Rich’s bought out that old, crusty, dirty, excuse for a car wash that was there prior. Clean, new, high quality car wash. Has free vacuums and a mat cleaner. Everything you’d expect from a car wash! All they need to add is a self-use bug wash so the driver can scrub their car real good, a vending machine style dispenser of Armor All wipes, and an air gun by the vacuums to get the water out of hard to reach places. Basically everything Big Tuna in Mobile has. Still, best car wash in the area.
